ROOTED RADIANCE

This 12-week course teaches you how to move from stress to relaxation by working with your nervous system and by increasing pleasure in your life.

With a unique combination of practical tools from various somatic methods, Taoism, and pelvic floor yoga, you will break old patterns and learn to navigate the natural ups and downs of life.

You will experience more peace, sensuality, and zest for life.

This is the foundation and your step toward a more fulfilling life, where self-care and enjoyment are a priority.

What do these words have in common? They are all states of being within our nervous system—states that you can access daily.

But maybe you recognize this instead:
 

  • You struggle to enjoy both big and small moments and find it hard to prioritize your own self-care and pleasure. You wish you felt more sensual and feminine, but you don’t know how.
     

  • Your mind is full of to-dos and ideas, but instead of taking action, you endlessly scroll on social media.
     

  • You often snap at the people closest to you. You yell at your kids more than you'd like and feel like you have no control over the anger that rises up every day.
     

  • At the end of the day, all you want to do is collapse on the couch with a bag of chips and binge-watch Netflix.
     

  • You’re always “on,” unable to relax. You feel a constant urgency that everything must be done now, so you keep pushing, even when you’re exhausted.
     

  • Despite being tired, you sleep poorly, have unexplained physical complaints, and feel drained and lifeless. Maybe you even experience anxiety or panic attacks, and regular therapy hasn’t been enough to help.
     

These are the three other states of being within our nervous system: fight, flight, and freeze. Many of us cycle between these states, with only occasional moments of feeling safe, connected, and happy.
 

Our nervous system essentially controls our behavior, emotions, and thoughts. What we learned as “safe” in childhood, we unconsciously repeat in our adult lives—even when those patterns no longer serve us. These ingrained habits can be hard to break, even with traditional therapy. This is why working directly with the nervous system is so powerful.

This is the course I wish I had...

...many years ago when I first began my own (trauma) healing journey. Back then, I struggled with panic attacks, low self-esteem, an unhealthy relationship with food, a pattern of attracting emotionally unavailable men, and a constant urge to please others.

In my search for solutions—whether to overcome panic or finally find a healthy relationship—I became hyper-focused on the past, on what was “wrong” with me. My world became smaller and smaller, revolving around my problems.

Over the years, I tried all kinds of therapies and methods, but it wasn’t until I realized that focusing only on the past and my issues wasn’t the fastest—or the most enjoyable—way to heal that things began to shift.

I discovered that nothing works as well as working with the nervous system combined with pleasure & enjoyment. And now, I want to share this golden combination with other women—so I can help you get to Planet Pleasure & Joy ASAP and finally start living the life you’ve only dreamed of.

The details

This course lasts 12 weeks.
The focus is on practical tools, it's body-centered, and sensuality & enjoyment are our guiding principles.

The sessions take place online via Zoom. There are 9 one-hour sessions where we dive into the material.

Additionally, there are 3 one-hour Q&A sessions.

We start on Thursday, April 10, with an extended first session of 1.5 hours from 19:30 to 21:00.
