What is pelvic floor yoga?
Pelvic Floor Yoga (also called Pussy Yoga) is a profound pelvic floor training developed by Coco Berlin, belly dancer and pelvic floor expert.
The classes are best described as a combination of yin yoga, meditation & pilates, with a strong focus on sensuality and pleasure.
In these sessions, we dedicate time to experiencing and feeling the pelvic floor, creating new connections between the brain and the pelvic area, leading to more awareness and sensation.
Many women have little awareness of their pelvic floor due to our modern sedentary lifestyle and the societal taboo around sexuality.
A lack of awareness can result in:

What's included?
Week 1: Sensuous Anatomy
Get to know your pelvic area and bones physically, creating an internal roadmap for better awareness and embodiment.
Week 2: Emotions & Healing Relaxation
Experience how your pelvic floor and emotions are interconnected. Learn how your body stores emotions and how to release them gently. Includes deep relaxation techniques to calm the nervous system.
Week 3: Lifting from Within & Working with the Breath
Learn to lift the pelvic floor to support organ positioning and prevent prolapse. Train the pelvic floor passively through correct breathing.
Week 4: Tense & Relax
Discover techniques to release tension in fascia and muscles while building strength without creating excess tension.
Week 5: Pelvic Floor at Work
Practical techniques you can use at work to enhance confidence and presence in meetings and high-pressure situations.
Week 6: Pelvic Floor in the Bedroom
Exercises to enhance sensation, pleasure, and playfulness in intimacy.
